The VMS China Server includes functionality to manage devices, security, rules, sites, and settings.
Settings
Settings in VMS China allow you to configure servers, general settings, email notifications, health monitoring, Enterprise Manager, updates, and backup and restore.
Backup and restore
The Backup & Restore tab in the server configuration interface is the interface for configuring backing up and restoring configurations.

You can restore configuration settings for a VMS China Server from the local backup path.

Restore from a local backup

You can restore configuration settings for a VMS China Server from the local backup path.

In the server configuration interface, click Settings > Backup & Restore.
To restore the configuration settings from a VMS China Server that is not part of the server farm, select Restore backup from different hardware, excluding license.
Click the Restore local backup tab.
To show compatible backup files in the local path, select Show only compatible versions.
Select the backup file.
Click Restore.
